In view of the provisions of the new General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/18), this Privacy Policy serves to explain how this accounting firm handles personal data collected through its website.
When you visit this firm's website, some data is collected through cookies, which function as navigation trackers, identifying and monitoring the user's device, so that the firm can verify who the visitors are, which pages they visit, and how long they remain on the site.
The user/visitor can configure their preferences regarding the cookies that will remain active during their browsing, which can be done through the “Manage Cookies” option on the home screen of this office’s website.
The information collected should primarily help the firm understand its visitors and provide increasingly better content, services, and experiences to all users. Other purposes for which the data collected from visitors may be used must be clarified in advance by the firm.
The office may only share the user/visitor's personal data under strict legal terms or with the free and informed consent of the holder.
By law, the firm must commit to adopting security measures, both technical and managerial, in order to protect the user/visitor's personal information against unauthorized access or against leaks or other forms of illicit data processing.
Further information on the processing of personal data carried out by the office, as well as on the rights of the user/visitor as holder of personal data, can be obtained by contacting the appointed Personal Data Officer or the accountant responsible for the office.
